                                                                                                                                                     Adaptability - Creativity - Excellence

I’m Steeve Lecru, native of  the Loire Valley, in France.

I am an international entrepreneur and I manage artistic and decorative projects for companies and individuals through the Habitat.

In the center of my company Estuary lies a fertil ground of cultures, traditions and  subtleties, which proposes an customized interior decoration of houses to our customers. By implementing our « savoir-faire » born in France, our team gives a personalized service (accompaniment).

Anchored in  a deep knowledge of Art history, our team uses traditional approach.  We work in collaboration with many qualified , efficient and specialized professionnals like designers, ingenineers, artists, muralists… in building and decorative works.

We bring a global decoration « top of the range », through a layout of their furniture, (their pieces of art) in agreement with the whole pictural decoration for a unique and vibrant atmosphere. Our main goal is the well - being of our customers inside their home(s) (« habitat »), in their daily lives, and we achieve this by having a specific composition for the function of the room and its use.

A personnalized study about the wishes and the tastes of the inhabitants/our customers is realized, in order to propose different projects.

Our website shows the diversity and quality of our services provided.

Steeve Lecru explores the memory contained inside of discarded couches in the urban landscape of Detroit. This essential artifact of the home, site of familial expression, letting go, and rest, carries traces of past events colored by the city’s violent and controversial history. When left in a public area, this family relic is transformed into a symbol of abandonment, absence, flight. The process of recovering the leather is an intense and physical experience, evoking an image of social violence. Lecru’s work appeases the tension of the memories living in the material through therapeutic brushstrokes, transforming the past into tender homage.
